Ashiatsu

Ashiatsu is a deep, supportive bodywork practice that uses the practitioner’s feet to apply slow, intentional pressure. This technique allows for broad, even contact that can feel both grounding and effective for releasing chronic tension. Sessions are tailored to your comfort level and focus on creating space, ease, and relief in the body.

Yoga Classes

Our yoga offerings focus on mindful movement, and breath awareness that support people of all bodies and backgrounds. Rooted in grounding, mobility, and nervous system regulation, our sessions invite participants to reconnect with themselves through intentional flow and embodied presence.

Private Sound Bath

Our sound bath experiences use crystal bowls, drums, and other therapeutic instruments to create immersive sonic landscapes that promote deep relaxation and emotional release. We offer a variety of sound bath styles, each crafted with a specific focus — whether you’re seeking grounding, emotional clarity, energetic balance, or a full sensory journey. Every session creates a gentle, supportive space to rest, reset, and realign.

Muay Thai

Our Muay Thai practice blends discipline, technique, and empowerment. Rooted in traditional Muay Thai, our sessions focus on building strength, confidence, and mindful movement through striking fundamentals, conditioning, and proper form.

Meditation

Our meditation practice is not one-size-fits-all. We meet you where you are and take the time to understand what you need in your body, mind, and nervous system. Whether you’re new or returning to meditation, this is a space to slow down, ask questions, and build a practice that actually works for your life — not one you have to force yourself into.

NLPR (Next Level Pain Relief)

Next Level Pain Relief is a personalized, mat-based, bodywork practice focused on easing pain and restoring mobility. Sessions take place fully clothed. We work collaboratively to understand your unique patterns and needs, using intentional touch, movement, and communication to support your relief, awareness, and a deeper sense of ease in your body.

Our Home

Bexar Collective is a primarily mobile cooperative, bringing accessible healing into parks, community spaces, and organizations across San Antonio. While our work travels, we also hold space within Nourish Collective, offering one on one sessions, classes, and workshops in a supportive shared environment.
